We generally ship our bed via UPS ground. Delivery time is generally 2-5 days in the US. Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Yes, you can. That's exactly why we make beds the way we do. We are currently working to stock covers, waterproof liners and foam inserts. (Foam inserts will be stocked in early 2022)

We suggest that you measure your dog, from nose to base of tail to get a length. You can use this measurement to determine which size bed will work. On our bed product pages, we have bed sizes listed under additional information.

Currently, we do not sell memory foam beds. We are planning on adding memory foam to our Pillow Bed Collection in 2022.

Yes. We have strict manufacturing standards and quality control. We strive to provide the best product we can to our customers.

Currently, we only sell online. We are working on moving into the retail space. If you are a shop owner and would like to sell our products, please reach out to us or fill out our Retail Application.

No. You will need a physical address for us to deliver your bed to.

At this time we are unable to offer expedited options. Please contact us ahead of time to ensure we can get your product to you in time.

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.

We understand that some dogs will destroy a bed, no matter what. Our high level tester Rocky can remove a zipper from anything if given the opportunity. If your dog destroys beds, then we recommend using a blanket or an elevated cot/bed.

Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once approved, an automated refund is generated in our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only. Should you be returning a faulty or damaged item for a refund we will provide return postage.

We have been testing some covers that are waterproof. If you are interested, please let us know.

You can earn your $5 coupon by providing a review for our beds on our site, or by emailing us at support@luvfido.com. Once verified, we will provide you with a coupon code good on your next purchase. (Valid for customers who purchase one of our first 500 beds)

Customers should follow the unpacking instructions that came with their bed. You can also view them on our site in the link found in the footer menu. Beds have been vacuum sealed for shipping and will take some time to fluff up. Please read instructions carefully, as the inner liner will need to be zipped as well.
